Is time controlling you, or are you controlling your available time? Trying to figure out where to fit in all your work and other commitments? Too much to do but not enough time? Come learn some helpful time management tips and strategies. Lunch will be provided!
How fit are you? Sign up to learn what areas need work and how you go about improving. In this assessment, done in a small group setting, we’ll assess your weight, body composition, Body Mass Index (BMI), cardio respiratory fitness, upper body strength, core endurance and flexibility. You’ll see how you compare to national averages, and the certified personal trainer will make recommendations for the areas in which you could improve.
