Verification of eligibility takes at least two weeks; registration prior to attending Harvard is imperative. This is only required for first-year students who will be competing on varsity or junior varsity teams.
All students are automatically enrolled in and charged for the Student Health Insurance Program. However, this can be waived if another form of insurance offers the same or comparable coverage. Waivers must be renewed every academic year.

Harvard University and the Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School, in collaboration with the Smithsonian American Art Museum, invite you to welcome Lawrence S. Bacow, 29th President of Harvard University, and to celebrate the public service of Harvard students and alumni in Washington, DC.
You may tour the Smithsonian American Art Museum and National Portrait Gallery until 7:00 pm, then enjoy drinks and appetizers in the Great Hall. A brief speaking program will begin shortly after 7:00 pm.
These exams, while not required, are recommended for students interested in the life or physical sciences. If a student has prior experience in a language, the placement exam is recommended for course recommendations.
