As announced in last week's edition of the Yard Bulletin, we write this afternoon to remind you that Annenberg Dining Hall is closed for dinner due to Yardfest; dinner will instead be served in Tercentenary Theatre from 5:00 to 7:15 pm. You must have a valid HUID to enter. First-year students who do not wish to attend Yardfest may eat dinner in Dunster, Currier, or Hillel dining halls.
Annenberg will also be closed for breakfast and lunch on Saturday, April 14, for a private event. First-year students may eat in their assigned House dining hall for these meals. Annenberg will reopen for dinner on Saturday.
Smithsonian American Art Museum and National Portrait Gallery, 8th and F Streets NW, Washington, DC
Harvard University and the Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School, in collaboration with the Smithsonian American Art Museum, invite you to welcome Lawrence S. Bacow, 29th President of Harvard University, and to celebrate the public service of Harvard students and alumni in Washington, DC.
You may tour the Smithsonian American Art Museum and National Portrait Gallery until 7:00 pm, then enjoy drinks and appetizers in the Great Hall. A brief speaking program will begin shortly after 7:00 pm.
All students are automatically enrolled in and charged for the Student Health Insurance Program. However, this can be waived if another form of insurance offers the same or comparable coverage. Waivers must be renewed every academic year.
Verification of eligibility takes at least two weeks; registration prior to attending Harvard is imperative. This is only required for freshmen who will be competing on varsity or junior varsity teams.
