Hey everyone! My name is Lisette León and I am a sophomore from Duarte, California (small town in LA) but my family is from Jalisco, Mexico. I study Government with a secondary in Ethnicity, Migration, and Rights. My main focuses are immigration and women's rights. I spent my last summer in Dakar, Senegal studying women’s access to reproductive health. On campus, I have been involved in many Latinx organizations along with Citizenship Tutoring through the IOP and FYRE! I like spending any free time I have in Boston, usually getting boba so if you’re also addicted or have never had it before and want to try it lmk. I also love listening to music so feel free to put me on and send me some cool artists.
