Marissa Diggs '22
Hey everyone! My name is Marissa and I’m a sophomore in Cabot House. I grew up in a small town in rural North Dakota, but I moved to Fargo during winter break. I am pre-med (probably) and concentrating in molecular and cellular biology and history of science (maybe) with a language citation in French (hopefully). I am excited about studying the intersections between math and medicine as well as socioeconomic disparities in healthcare. On campus, I am involved with the Harvard-Radcliffe Modern Dance Company and the Association of Black Harvard Women, and I spent my summer studying abroad in Venice, Italy! My interests range from knitting, baking, and travel planning to the performing arts, all things Nancy Drew, and the Retired Racehorse Project. So, if you’re wondering about the best kitchens on campus, exploring Boston, transitioning from a rural town, maintaining a healthy sleep schedule (9 hours or bust), or absolutely anything else, come and chat with me!
